Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

The Peak Performance Alpine Gore-Tex 2L Insulated Shell Pants Women are insulated ski pants built on a two-layer GORE-TEX construction with a 28,000 mm water column and fully sealed seams. The body carries 60 g/m² of recycled Pinneco Mantle™ synthetic insulation, so the warmth is built into the shell instead of being layered underneath. That combination makes them a one-pant answer for cold, wet lift-served days.
Who are these ski pants for?
These Peak Performance Alpine pants suit a skier who wants one warm, fully waterproof pant for groomed slopes and the occasional off-piste run, and who would rather have fixed insulation than build up layers. They are a waist pant, so if you want chest and back coverage you need a bib instead. They are also not the pant for high-output uphill days or for warm spring weeks, where an uninsulated shell pant makes more sense.
How warm and how waterproof are the Alpine pants?
The GORE-TEX membrane is rated at 28,000 mm water column and every seam is sealed, so sitting in wet snow and riding chairlifts in sleet stays a non-issue. The exposed zippers are YKK AquaGuard®, and a PFC-free durable water repellent treatment keeps the face fabric from wetting out. With 60 g/m² of insulation at the body, these Peak Performance Alpine ski pants are built for cold resort days around and below freezing; half-leg zippered vents let you dump heat when the sun comes out, but there are no full side zips.
Which size should you choose?
The Alpine Gore-Tex 2L Insulated Shell Pants Women have a regular cut and come in XS to XL. Order your usual size and check the Peak Performance women's bottoms size chart. Velcro straps at the waistband, belt loops and internal suspender loops let you fine-tune a waist that sits between two sizes. Wear them over a base layer, not over a thick fleece or insulated pant.
How is the GORE-TEX 2L Insulated construction built up?
The Peak Performance Alpine Gore-Tex 2L Insulated Shell Pants Women use a two-layer build: a 100% Polyamide 6.6 face fabric bonded to a 100% ePTFE GORE-TEX membrane, with a separate lining hanging behind it. Between lining and membrane sits 60 g/m² of recycled Pinneco Mantle™ synthetic insulation across the body. Because the insulation is a separate layer rather than part of the laminate, it keeps loft without stiffening the pant. All seams are sealed, the exposed zippers are YKK AquaGuard®, and a RECCO® Rescue System reflector is integrated for searchability. Total weight is 730 g.
Are these pants suitable for off-piste skiing and touring?
On the piste these insulated ski pants are in their element: the snow gaiters with anti-slip elastic close over ski boots, Cordura® reinforcement protects the hems from edges and boot buckles, and loops at the waistband snap into the powder skirt of a compatible Peak Performance ski jacket to seal the gap on deeper days. Articulated legs keep the knees free on steeper off-piste terrain. Where the Alpine pants stop is the climb. At 730 g with fixed insulation and only half-leg vents, they are heavier and warmer than a touring pant should be, so for skinning uphill choose a lighter, uninsulated shell.
What are they made of and how do you care for them?
The shell is Polyamide 6.6 with an ePTFE membrane, backed by a recycled polyester lining and a second polyamide lining; a stretch insert of 96% polyamide and 4% elastane adds movement where it is needed. Machine wash the Peak Performance Alpine ski pants at 40 °C on a delicate cycle, inside out, with zippers closed and a technical detergent. Skip softener and bleach, do not iron or dry clean, and tumble dry on low afterwards to reactivate the water repellent finish. Taking them out of the machine promptly keeps creasing out of the laminate.
What makes these pants more sustainable?
The durable water repellent treatment is PFC-free. The Pinneco Mantle™ insulation is recycled, the filling is 100% recycled polyester, the first lining is 100% recycled polyester and the pocket fabric is partly recycled polyester.
