Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

The brushed-back fleece is 86% recycled polyester and 14% elastane, which gives it four-way stretch and moisture transport. It is a warmth and comfort layer, not a weather layer.
Who is this fleece midlayer for?
The Rider Tech Zip Jacket suits a skier who already has the waterproof outer layer sorted and wants a stretchy, soft fleece underneath it, as well as anyone who wants a light layer for hiking, travel and everyday wear in mild, dry weather. It is not the jacket for you if you want one piece that also handles rain, wet snow or strong wind: there is no membrane and no hood, and no powder skirt or other ski shell features.
How warm is the Rider Tech Zip Jacket?
Warmth comes from a lightweight brushed fleece face, not from a synthetic fill or down, so this Peak Performance midlayer stays in the light-to-moderate range and keeps bulk down under a shell. The fleece is air-permeable, which is what makes it breathe on the way up and also what makes it lose warmth quickly in wind when worn on its own. The jacket weighs around 493 g. For long lift rides or standing still in the cold, plan on an insulated jacket over it.
Which size should you choose?
The Women Rider Tech Zip Jacket has a regular cut with enough room over a base layer and slim enough through the body to sit under a ski shell without bunching. How is the Peak Performance Rider Tech Zip Jacket constructed?
The Peak Performance Women Rider Tech Zip Jacket is built from a single soft, lightweight recycled fleece with a brushed back: 86% recycled polyester with 14% elastane. The elastane is what gives the fabric its four-way stretch, so the jacket follows shoulder and arm movement instead of resisting it. The brushed inner face holds a thin layer of air against the base layer for warmth, while the fabric moves moisture away from the skin. A full-front reversed YKK coil zipper closes the jacket, a double layer collar adds coverage at the neck, and an elastic back hem with Peak Performance branding keeps the back from riding up when you bend forward. Two zippered hand pockets hold their contents on a chairlift.
Is the Rider Tech Zip Jacket suitable for skiing and ski touring?
On the hill this fleece jacket does one job: it is the layer between your base layer and your shell. Under a hardshell it adds warmth without bulk and keeps moving sweat outward on repeat laps or on a skin track. Worn on its own it is a mild-weather layer only, for a dry spring morning, a walk or the drive home. Because there is no membrane, no stated water column and no taped seams, rain and wet snow go straight through, and the air-permeable fleece lets wind cut through it. In those conditions the Rider Tech Zip Jacket needs a waterproof or insulated jacket over the top. There is no hood, so your shell or helmet has to cover your head.
What is it made of and how do you wash it?
The shell fabric of this Peak Performance midlayer is 86% recycled polyester and 14% elastane, with 100% polyester pocket bags. Polyester fleece dries fast and holds its shape, but the elastane sets the care limits: machine wash at 40 °C, do not bleach, do not iron and tumble dry on low only, or line dry in the shade. Close the zippers before washing, turn the jacket inside out and wash it with similar colours; the brushed back keeps its loft longer that way. Avoid dry cleaning and professional wet cleaning.
