Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

The Peak Performance Solid Pile Jacket is a heavy pile fleece midlayer for men, made for cold, dry days in the mountains and in town. It works two ways: as a warm layer under a ski shell, or as a standalone top layer when nothing is falling from the sky. The face fabric is 100% recycled polyester in an oversized cut.
Who is the Solid Pile Jacket for?
This Peak Performance pile jacket suits a skier who wants one warm, simple fleece that covers cold resort days under a shell and then handles après-ski, travel and everyday winter wear on its own. The oversized cut is deliberate, so pick it if you like a roomy fleece. It is not the piece for high-output days: a heavy pile in this cut overheats and holds moisture on a ski tour or a run. It is also not for anyone who needs a hood, because the jacket has a collar only.
How warm is the Solid Pile Jacket, and how weatherproof?
Warmth comes from the heavy pile construction in 100% recycled polyester, which holds more air than a thin fleece. There is no membrane, no water column and no wind barrier, so the Peak Performance Solid Pile Jacket is a warmth layer rather than weather protection. In rain, wet snow or on an exposed, windy ridge, put a waterproof or windproof shell over it.
Which size should you choose?
The Solid Pile Jacket is cut oversized, so it is already wide through the body and sleeves before you add anything underneath. Order by the size chart on this page and start from your usual body measurements. If you want to wear it under a shell, check that the shell has room for a bulky pile in an oversized cut, because a slim-fit shell will not take it. Sizes run S to 2XL, with 2XL offered in Olive Extreme and Black.
How is the Peak Performance Solid Pile Jacket built?
The Peak Performance Solid Pile Jacket is a single-fabric pile jacket: heavy pile in 100% recycled polyester, with no lining and no insulation layer behind it. The warmth is in the pile itself. A full-length YKK Vislon® zipper runs the length of the front, and the collar is built in a double layer so it stands up and closes around the neck without a hood. Narrow flatlock covering seams keep the joins flat against the skin, which matters on a fleece worn directly over a base layer. Elastic binding finishes the collar, the centre front zipper, the hem and the cuffs, and a hanger loop sits inside the neck.
Is the Solid Pile Jacket suitable for a day of resort skiing?
On cold resort days the Solid Pile Jacket works as the warm layer between your base layer and a ski shell, and it is warm enough to keep on at the restaurant or in the car afterwards. Its limits are easy to describe. Without a membrane it stops at the first precipitation, and without a wind barrier it loses warmth quickly as soon as a lift ride turns breezy. The hem and cuffs are elastic binding only, with no drawcord and no cuff adjustment, so you cannot cinch it down against spindrift. There is one hand pocket, finished with binding. Treat this Peak Performance pile jacket as the layer that keeps you warm and let the shell do the weather work.
What is the Solid Pile Jacket made of and how do you wash it?
The shell fabric of the Peak Performance Solid Pile Jacket is 100% recycled polyester in a heavy pile; the pockets are 100% polyamide. Polyester pile dries quickly and takes repeated washing well, which is useful for a layer worn close to the body. Wash it cold at 30°C with similar colours and close the zippers first so the Vislon® teeth cannot catch the pile. Skip the tumble dryer and line dry in the shade; heat flattens pile fibres and shortens the life of the jacket. Do not bleach, do not dry clean or professional wet clean, and use a cool iron only if you need one.
