Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.

5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

The Peak Performance Shred Down Jacket Women is a down-insulated ski jacket built for lift-served days on cold, dry pistes. It pairs 700 fill power duck down with a two-layer HIPE® membrane rated at 10.000 mm water column and 10.000 g/m²/24h, and adds a full resort feature set: a fixed snow skirt that snaps into your ski pants, a RECCO® reflector, a ski pass pocket and a goggle wiper. The seams are not sealed, which places it as a warm resort jacket rather than a technical shell.
Who is the Shred Down Jacket Women for?
This is the jacket for a skier who spends her days on the piste in cold, dry winter weather and wants genuine down warmth with ski-specific details instead of a hard shell. It also works as an everyday winter jacket and for occasional off-piste turns in dry cold. It is not the jacket for ski touring or skinning uphill, for technical alpine climbing, or for days of steady rain and wet snow.
How warm and how weatherproof is the Shred Down Jacket Women?
Warmth comes from 700 fill power duck down in a 90/10 down-to-feather blend, with two lining fabrics behind the face fabric. Weather protection comes from the HIPE® membrane: 10.000 mm water column against snow and short showers, 10.000 g/m²/24h breathability for the moderate output of piste skiing. Because the seams are not taped, water can work its way through the stitching in sustained wet conditions, and wet down loses loft.
Which size should you choose in the Shred Down Jacket Women?
The cut is a regular fit: room for a base layer and a midlayer underneath, without extra volume for bulky insulation. Sizes run XS to XL. Check the size chart on this page against your own chest and hip measurements before ordering.
How is the Peak Performance Shred Down Jacket Women built?
The outer surface of the Peak Performance Shred Down Jacket Women is a 75D midweight face fabric in 100% recycled polyester with 2-way stretch, bonded to the brand's own HIPE® membrane of 100% thermoplastic polyurethane. That two-layer laminate carries the 10K/10K rating: 10.000 mm water column and 10.000 g/m²/24h breathability. Inside sits duck down at 700 fill power, 90% down to 10% feather, held behind two separate lining fabrics. The front closes with a reversed YKK coil zipper and a fleece-lined chin guard; the hood is fixed and adjusts for width and height, one-way each.
Is the Shred Down Jacket Women suitable for ski touring?
No. On the piste the Shred Down Jacket Women does exactly what it was designed for: the fixed snow skirt snaps into compatible ski pants to keep snow out on a deep day, elastic wrist gaiters seal the cuffs under gloves, the ski pass pocket keeps the lift gate quick and the goggle wiper handles a fogged lens on the chairlift. Going uphill is a different matter. There are no ventilation openings on this jacket, so heat cannot be dumped quickly, and a down-filled outer layer with 10.000 g/m²/24h breathability will overheat on a skinning climb. For occasional off-piste turns in dry, cold snow it is fine; the RECCO® reflector makes you detectable to rescue services with a RECCO® detector.
What is the Shred Down Jacket Women made of and how do you wash it?
The shell face fabric and the first lining are 100% recycled polyester, the membrane 100% thermoplastic polyurethane, the second lining 100% polyester, the filling 90% duck down and 10% duck feather. Down needs drying more than washing. Machine wash at 40°C inside out with the zippers closed, skip fabric softener and bleach, take the jacket out of the drum promptly, then tumble dry inside out on low with tennis balls for at least five hours, shaking it by hand every half hour so the down redistributes instead of clumping. Do not iron, dry clean or professionally wet clean.

The jacket is made without intentionally added PFAS. The down is certified to the Responsible Down Standard, with down sterilization permit no. PA 9900(CN), and both the shell face fabric and Lining 1 are 100% recycled polyester.
