Is your purchase not quite what you expected or is the size incorrect? No problem, you can easily return your order to us. You may try on and view an item as you would in a shop, but there are some rules.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register your return.
- Are you too late? Then your order will no longer be found in the portal. In that case, always contact us first so we can see what possibilities there are.
- After registering online, you then have 14 days to hand in your return at the post office. If you hand in the parcel after the 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return. The sooner you register and send in your return, the sooner it will be processed and you will receive your money back.
- Almost all outerwear and trousers are delivered with a large yellow return label. Do not remove this until you decide to keep the item! Once this vignette has been removed, there is no way we can return the item.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the returned items and not other costs such as shipping costs.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please always contact us a.s.a.p. and include photos of the product and the labels so we can see which item/defect is concerned.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
1. Check your items
√ Has the return period of 14 days after receipt not expired
√ Is the yellow return label (in the case of outerwear and trousers) and all price tags still attached?
√ Is the article unworn and therefore not dirty, damaged or creased?
2. Submit your return online
Enter your own postcode and the full order number (including letters) in the portal to which you can start the return. You can choose to purchase a DPD shipping label via the portal. If you choose this option, print the shipping label. You can download this immediately and it will also be sent to you by e-mail (please check your e-mail address and any spam mail).
You can also choose another carrier outside the portal. We always advise you to send the parcel insured. The DPD label via the portal insures your parcel up to €500.
3. Pack your return
√ Fold the items neatly and close all zips and buttons. Because of the technical materials it is important not to cause serious creases and wrinkles, as these can damage the product.
Then pack the items back in their original packaging and put them in the shipping bag or box. Another bag or box is also fine, as long as it is sturdy so that it arrives undamaged
√ If you have items from several orders that you wish to return, you may simply return them in 1 parcel
√ Put the enclosed packing slip/order confirmation (or a copy) in the parcel
√ Stick the DPD shipping label on the parcel.

4. Shipping
Hand over your return at a DPD parcel point or a carrier of your choice.
Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. Keep the proof of delivery until we have received and processed your package.
Please note! After registering your return online, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the postal service. If you return the parcel after these 14 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your return.
5. Refund
You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
This is usually within a few days after your order has been delivered to us. The money will then be refunded to the account you paid with within a week after confirmation (usually longer for credit card payments). If you have chosen to pay afterwards, this will be adjusted on your Klarna invoice.

Who is the Ridge Infinity Shell Bib for?
The Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib is made for women who ski off-piste, ride freeride lines and head into the backcountry in snowy weather and changing conditions. The bib cut adds a chest section with adjustable elastic suspenders. It is not the right choice if you want insulated ski pants that keep you warm on their own on cold lift-served days. It is also not for you if you prefer regular waist-only ski trousers. Climbers who need harness-specific features should choose another pant.
How waterproof and warm are these women's ski bib pants?
The Ridge Infinity Shell Bib uses a 3-layer HELLY TECH® Professional membrane with fully sealed seams, a DWR treatment on the 100% polyester shell and YKK AquaGuard® zippers. The construction keeps snow and wet weather out while letting moisture from your body escape. Back thigh ventilation zippers let you release heat on the way up. It is a pure shell with no insulation. All warmth comes from the layers you wear underneath.
Which size of the Ridge Infinity Shell Bib should I choose?
The Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib has a bib cut with adjustable elastic suspenders, articulated knees and a crotch gusset for freedom of movement. Because this is an uninsulated shell, choose a size that leaves room for the base layer and mid layer you plan to wear underneath. The boot gaiters with gripper go over your ski boots.
How is the Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib built?
The Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib combines a HELLY TECH® Professional membrane with a 100% polyester shell fabric in a 3-layer construction. Every seam is sealed, which closes the stitch holes where water would otherwise find a way in. The outer fabric carries a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatment, so water beads on the surface instead of soaking into the face fabric. LIFA INFINITY™ technology is part of the same build, and the zippers are YKK AquaGuard®.
How does the Ridge Infinity Shell Bib perform off-piste and in the backcountry?
The Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib was developed with input from professional freeriders, and its details follow that brief. A beacon-specific pocket with a D-ring gives your avalanche transceiver a fixed place. A RECCO® reflector is built in, which organised rescue teams can locate with RECCO detectors. The Life Pocket™ is designed to help your phone battery last longer in the cold. Reinforced insteps and reinforcement fabric on the hem add durability where the pants meet your boots.

The Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib also works on groomed runs, but as a pure shell it has no insulation of its own. On cold lift-served days with long chairlift rides, you need a warm base layer and mid layer underneath. If you only want a simple waist-only ski pant, the bib construction with its chest section may be more garment than you need. For climbing, these ski bib pants have no harness-specific features.

The bib section of the Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib carries a large front chest pocket and shaped chest zippers, held in place by adjustable elastic suspenders. A side opening with zipper and a drop seat construction make toilet breaks in the backcountry easier, without taking the whole bib off. A thigh pocket with velcro closure, belt loops and an internal hanging loop complete the layout.
What is the Ridge Infinity Shell Bib made of and how should you wash it?
The shell of the Helly Hansen Ridge Infinity Shell Bib is 100% polyester, combined with the HELLY TECH® Professional membrane. Wash the bib separately in a laundry bag with all zippers closed, using a detergent made for technical garments. Skip fabric softener, take the bib out of the machine promptly and do not wring it. Tumble drying reactivates the water-repellent treatment, so dry these shell bib pants in the dryer after washing.
